Delivery in Dubai and UAE

How fast is delivery?
Order on demand and it arrives within the hour in Dubai, or within 90 minutes in the other emirates.

Prefer a set time? Schedule a slot instead.

For urgent needs, same-day pickup from our store may be available. WhatsApp us to confirm.
Yes. These are on demand or scheduled delivery, with a AED 150 delivery fee, free on orders over AED 750.
Orders must be placed before or by 11:45 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:45 PM will be scheduled for the following day.
Do you deliver to Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain?
Yes. These are on demand or scheduled delivery, with a AED 100 delivery fee, free on orders over AED 500.
What are your delivery fees?
Dubai is AED 30, with free delivery on orders over AED 150.

Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain are AED 100, with free delivery on orders over AED 500.

Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and RAK are AED 150, with free delivery on orders over AED 750.

How do I place an order?
Order online through our website, or via Talabat, Deliveroo, Keeta, Careem & Noon Food. Choose on-demand delivery or schedule a time that suits you at checkout.

Can I place an order for pickup?
Yes, pickup from our store may be available, subject to daily production and stock.

WhatsApp us to confirm before placing your order or choose "store pickup" during check out. 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments at checkout. If you need help with payment or a corporate invoice request, WhatsApp us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, WhatsApp us as soon as possible. Changes are not always possible once production or dispatch has started.

Freshness, Quality, and Substitutions

Are Dubai Chewy Cookies made fresh?
Yes. Dubai Chewy Cookies are made in-house in limited batches. For the best experience, enjoy them on the day of delivery or pickup.
How should I store Dubai Chewy Cookies?
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. If you prefer a firmer bite, refrigerate and allow to sit at room temperature before serving.
Do you restock daily?
We make everything fresh each day, so availability can run out on busier days.

How long do Dubai Chewy Cookies stay fresh?
For best taste and texture, enjoy within 24 hours. Storage conditions matter, keep away from heat and humidity.

  • Cool room temperature (air-conditioned): best within 24 hours.
  • Refrigerated: keeps well for 2–3 days, but it will firm up. Let it sit 10–15 minutes at room temperature before eating.
  • Dubai heat (not air-conditioned): quality drops fast, avoid leaving it out.
  • For longer storage: it can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
How should I serve them?
For the best experience, allow the cookie to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating. Pair well with coffee or tea.

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we will include it with your delivery.
Do you offer discreet delivery?
Yes. We can keep gifting details minimal. Add a note at checkout if you have a preference.

Yes. Orders are packed clean and gift-ready. For premium gifting requests, WhatsApp us.
