These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Casa de Flores website and services, including purchases, corporate subscriptions, event work, and custom projects. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) About us
Casa de Flores is a floral atelier based in Dubai, UAE.
2) Eligibility and account
You confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and accuracy.
3) Products and presentation
Our arrangements are natural, seasonal products.
Stem availability can vary. If a specific stem is unavailable, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value, keeping the overall look, palette, and proportion consistent.
Product images are illustrative. Exact tones may vary by season, supplier, and screen display.
4) Orders and payment
Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise.
Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
Payment is required before fulfillment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
5) Delivery
Delivery coverage, cut-off times, fees, and available time windows are shown at checkout or on our FAQ page.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and an available recipient or point of handover.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, restricted access, or no recipient available, we will attempt reasonable steps to contact you. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-attempts.
6) Card messages and special instructions
You are responsible for the content of card messages and instructions provided. Please ensure accuracy, including spelling of names and addresses.
7) Cancellations and changes
Because flowers are perishable and often prepared to schedule:
- Requests to change or cancel must be submitted as early as possible.
- For same-day or next-day deliveries, changes may not be possible once production has started.
- If a cancellation is accepted, any refund may be subject to processing fees or partial charges reflecting work already completed.

8) Returns, refunds, and quality concerns
Flowers are perishable. For this reason, we typically do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with quality, damage, or an incorrect item:
- Contact us within [2 hours] of delivery with photos and order details.
- We may offer, at our discretion and as appropriate, a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection rules.
9) Custom orders, events, and installations
For custom projects, corporate subscriptions, and events:
- A confirmed brief, quote, and timeline are required before production.
- Site access rules, venue limitations, and safety requirements must be shared in advance.
- Installation timing is subject to venue access and operational constraints.
- For larger projects, we may require a deposit and staged payments. Deposits are generally non-refundable once sourcing and production begins.
10) Corporate subscriptions
Corporate subscription services may include scheduled deliveries, rotation plans, and maintenance visits where agreed. Subscription terms, billing cycles, pause rules, and notice periods will be outlined in your proposal or subscription agreement.
11) Intellectual property
All website content, including images, copy, branding, and design elements, belongs to Casa de Flores or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.
12) Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
13) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa de Flores is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or delays outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.
14) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures, venue restrictions, supply disruptions, and third-party service outages.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
