This is a limited run. The shell is soft and marshmallow-chewy, dusted in natural strawberry powder with that signature blush finish. Inside, the same dense pistachio-knafeh centre, built on a natural pistachio cream binder with fine kataifi strands woven through. Set in natural green-gold. No dry texture.
The contrast between the sweet, fruity shell and the deep pistachio filling is the point. Clean on the cut. Holds its shape. Four per box.
Baked fresh the night before delivery. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Delivery Next day delivery only. Order cutoff is 11:45 PM. Delivery arrives between 10 AM and 8 PM.
