The shell is soft and marshmallow-chewy, dusted in natural strawberry powder with that signature blush finish. Inside, the same dense pistachio-knafeh centre you already know. Built on a natural pistachio cream binder with fine kataifi strands woven through, set in natural green-gold. No dry texture. Clean on the cut, every time.
Presented in a Casa de Flores rigid box. Baked fresh the night before delivery. Six pieces per box.

Storage & Freshness Best enjoyed on the day of delivery. Keep refrigerated. Remove from the fridge 10 to 15 minutes before eating for the best texture. Do not leave out of refrigeration for extended periods.

What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?
Orders must be placed before or by 11:45 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:45 pm will be scheduled for the following day.
