Each cookie has a soft cocoa-marshmallow shell that gives way to a dense, moist pistachio-knafeh centre. Built on a natural pistachio cream binder with fine kataifi strands woven through, set in natural green-gold. No artificial colour. No dry texture. Clean on the cut, every time.
